DevP (we/us) operates FnR Management by DevP. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and the choices you have.

1. Data We Collect

We process the following types of information when you use our services:

  • Account & Profile Details: Your name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google OAuth when logging in.
  • Business & Campaign Settings: Business name, brand logo URLs, custom brand headlines, primary and accent colors, and custom short-link slugs.
  • Scan & Rating Activity: Metadata of QR code scans, rating values submitted by users (stars), and timestamp details.
  • Customer Feedback Data: Private written feedback messages submitted by customers who choose the private feedback route.
  • Billing Metadata: Subscription status, billing plan ID, Razorpay payment link IDs, and transaction status. We do NOT store or process your credit card numbers or billing credentials directly; these are handled entirely by Razorpay.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use data to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Specifically, to:

  • Generate custom QR codes and route review flows.
  • Process payments and subscriptions through our payment partner.
  • Present analytics dashboards showing scans, feedback ratings, and conversion trends.
  • Detect and prevent spam, fake reviews, billing bypass attempts, and platform abuse.
  • Resolve support inquiries and system issues.

We do not sell personal data, nor do we share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Infrastructure and Service Providers

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the application infrastructure:

  • Supabase: For identity authentication, user session management, and relational database storage.
  • Razorpay: For billing management and transaction processing.
  • Vercel: For serverless hosting, edge routing, and general performance analytics.

4. Data Retention & Safeguards

We retain data as long as your account remains active or as required for legal and tax compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. We implement industry-standard technical measures, including SSL encryption in transit and strict database access controls, to safeguard your information.
