Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription charges are non-refundable once paid, except where required by applicable law or for verified duplicate/failed transactions.
You may cancel your subscription’s future renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previously paid charges. After cancellation, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
1. Cancellation of Future Paid Access
You may request cancellation of future renewals at any time by contacting us at fnr.management.software@gmail.com.
If your paid plan is cancelled:
- Your account will remain on the paid plan until the end of the current paid access period, and you will continue to have full access to all plan features until that time.
- Future payment requests, payment links, or renewals will not be initiated after the cancellation is processed.
- Paid charges for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law.
2. Razorpay Payment Processing and Failed Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Plan benefits are activated only after we receive successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.
If a payment fails, is cancelled, expires, or remains pending, the paid plan benefits will not be activated unless and until successful payment confirmation is received.
If you believe you were charged twice or there was a processor-level billing error, contact us at fnr.management.software@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the transaction. Verified duplicate payments or processor-level errors may be refunded through Razorpay. Refund timelines depend on Razorpay and your payment method, and may typically take 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
If you upgrade your plan, the new plan benefits may become available after successful payment confirmation.
If you request a downgrade or discontinuation of a paid plan, the change will generally apply from the next paid access period or future payment request. Downgrades do not create a refund or credit for the current paid access period unless required by law or explicitly approved by us.
4. Violations, Abuse, and Account Termination
If your account is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or misuse of the platform, including but not limited to spam, review manipulation, fake reviews, scraping, abuse, or unlawful activity, you may lose access to paid features and will not be eligible for a refund or compensation for any remaining paid access period.

Please include your registered email address, payment date, Razorpay payment ID or receipt information if available, and a short description of the issue.
